Try it before you pay

Every school starts on a free trial with the real product and your own data — not a canned demo. Nothing is charged until you decide to continue, so the ordinary way to avoid paying for something that does not suit you is simply to stop.

Monthly billing

You are billed one month at a time, in advance. Cancel and you are not billed again; the account stays open until the end of the month you already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not require notice.

When we refund

• You were billed after cancelling — refunded in full, and we would rather you did not have to ask.
• A duplicate or incorrect charge — refunded in full.
• Kalvi was substantially unavailable for a meaningful part of the month — refunded pro rata for the time it was down.
• You paid several months ahead and are leaving — the unused whole months come back.

When we do not

We do not refund a month that has already been used because the school changed its mind, and we do not refund for a feature that was never claimed. If you are unsure whether Kalvi does something, ask before you pay — we will tell you plainly, including when the answer is no.

How to ask

Email info@avancezone.com from the address on the account and tell us what happened. We reply within one business day, and where a refund is due we process it within seven working days to the method you paid with.

If we ever shut down

You get your data and any unused balance back. We will give as much notice as we can. A small vendor that will not answer this question is a small vendor worth asking twice.
